Motion Memory (Level 1 + 2) requires minimal staff training and is personalized to each user via a mobile application.  It also communicates wait time and visit expectations to anxious patients reliably.  Data collected by the mobile application creates an Operations Performance Record (OPR) which is then aggregated and anonymized for use in the system's analytics dashboard to create customized performance reports.  

 

As data collects and problems are identified, predictive modeling can then be used to optimize scheduling templates and resource allocation via a web-based simulator, Workflow Insights (Level 3).

Delivering care to patients is a series of decisions.  An operational decision is being made every time a patient is checked-in, moved to a room, and seen by a provider.
 
These decisions have cumulative and previously-unmeasured effects on clinic productivity, patient and provider experience, and cost of service.
